The Future of Jewish Museums in the 21st Century
The Rothschild Foundation (Hanadiv) Europe, in conjunction with Paideia, the European Institute for Jewish Studies are sponsoring a seminar for European Jewish museum professionals who are in a position to impact the future of their institutions and to rethink the mission of Jewish museums in a changing environment. Participants will explore the current situation and challenges and together help develop new visions for European Jewish museums. It will be led by Felicitas Heimann-Jelinek and Laurence Sigal, and take place in Stockholm from December 8th-12th, 2013. The Deadline for applications is June 30, 2013, and notifications of participation will go out in August, 2013.
