It’s All About Relationships. Interested? Apply Today.
M² is now accepting applications for its second Relational Learning Circle, designed to ignite and catalyze the transformative power of relational work.
“M²’s Relational Learning Circle has challenged me to a new level of consciousness about what’s really happening as I interact with others and the Jewish communal structures we work in. I use this awareness all the time now to make intentional choices – calling out imbalances of power, co-creating meaning with others, and drawing on all aspects of myself to bring to my work.”
~Wendy Verba, Senior Program Officer, Jewish Community Federation of San Francisco
M² brings together practitioners like Wendy and Rachel and Danielle who are on the leading edge of relational engagement for a cohort experience that deepens their practice, exposes them to new models, and holds space for them learn to from each other and experiment together.
In the program (and beyond) the commitment to relationships as a key contributor for how individuals and communities can co-construct meaning and find purpose crosses many divides. Participants in the Relational Learning Circle range from Hillel to Chabad, Federation to Temple, with roles as diverse as rabbi, development director, education director, senior Jewish educator, and more.
Further, the richness of ideas and the richness of the people in the Relational Learning Circle stimulates powerfully personal inner growth. Reflecting on that, here are two important voices:
“While the M² content has strategically changed my perspective on relational engagement, our cohort of inspired educators has built a community that has been indispensably impactful on my work and life as well.”
~Arya Marvazy, Managing Director, JQ
“Participation in the M² Relational Learning Circle, helped me expand my range and depth of human connection.”
~Andy Kastner, Interim Executive Director of the East Bay Federation (you may also remember Andy from his seminal piece published here).
If you too pursue meaning and growth through relationships, and are looking to explore the pedagogy of relational learning, apply to Cohort 2 of this groundbreaking program.
