Neshama Carlebach Brings Down the House at Jewish Agency Event
With the words “I’m here representing my father and a proud member of the ROI Community,” Neshama Carlebach rocked the house at the closing session of the 2011 Jewish Agency Assembly. Neshama performed with the Green Pastures Baptist Church Choir this afternoon at Jerusalem’s Inbal Hotel.
Neshama traveled to Israel a few weeks back for the annual ROI Summit and her attendance at today’s program was one of several successful collaborations arranged by Seth Cohen. Seth has been wearing two hats recently – as the Schusterman Foundation’s new Director of Network Development and deputy chair of the Assembly planning committee.
Perhaps this type of joint effort is the key to future programing in engaging the 20- and 30-something demographic together with established organizations.
And would you believe, the Jewish Agency attendees loved Neshama and the choir!
