Kevah Teaching Fellowship 2018

December 26, 2017 By eJP

You’ve studied Torah. Now learn how to teach it.

Jewish professionals are expected to be able to teach the Torah they have learned – but rarely are they trained to do it well. The Kevah Teaching Fellowship is a unique opportunity for emerging educators to hone the craft of teaching Jewish texts. At Kevah, we have years of experience running adult learning groups nationally, and we have developed a pedagogical model that sees the educator as not just a content expert, but as a skilled facilitator who helps to create a “group chevruta.”

Transform the way you teach Jewish texts at the Kevah Teaching Fellowship!
June 18 through July 1, 2018 in Berkeley, CA

  • Join a pluralistic cohort of gifted Jewish educators.
  • Learn from experts in Adult Jewish Education.
  • Practice techniques in teaching workshops.
  • Actualize your skills by teaching a public shiur at Limmud Bay Area.

Visit the FAQ for more information. Apply here by February 9. Space is limited!
