The Hadassah Foundation is holding two contests about the intersection of Jewish identify and feminism for high school students – an essay contest and a video contest – to mark its “Chai” (18th) Year of grant making. All entries are due by July 10th, 2017.

The essay contest winner will have a one-on-one meeting via phone or videoconference with noted author Anita Diamant; their work may also appear in Hadassah Magazine. The video conference winner will have a one-on-one meeting via phone or videoconference with Amanda Lipitz, a Tony Award-winning Broadway producer and documentary filmmaker; their work may also be incorporated into a Hadassah Foundation video.
