Young Judaea Global Names New Chief Executive Officer
Young Judaea Global (YJG) has named Adina Frydman its new Chief Executive Officer.
Frydman brings a wealth of expertise to the role, having served, over the past 18 years, in several senior leadership positions in the Jewish communal world. Before joining Young Judaea Global, Frydman was most recently a member of senior management at UJA-Federation of New York, working with synagogues, camps, day schools, and Jewish not for profit organizations.
Frydman’s top priorities as CEO will include helping Young Judaea become more cohesive across all of its entities, raising funds to drive growth and strengthening alumni relations. “I want to distill the secret sauce that is Young Judaea and engage with others in our ecosystem to develop a contemporary approach to engaging North American youth with Israel,” Frydman says. “We will focus on what we do best and become a movement for this moment while honoring our historical roots.”
Herself an alumnus of Young Judaea, Frydman says her formative experiences give her personal knowledge of the powerful impact of Young Judaea. “My dedication to building Jewish identity, inspiring a deep connection to Israel, and catalyzing change in the world were ignited through Young Judaea and reflect the legacy of our movement.”
