Major Jewish Organizations Again on NY-AG Telemarketing Hit List
New York State’s Attorney General has released the annual “Pennies for Charity” fundraising report showing that for-profit telemarketers operating in New York in 2013 retained the majority of the funds (51.6%) they raised on behalf of charities – more than $156 million that was intended to support charitable causes.
