Hillel International Expands Springboard Fellowship
Hillel International will expand its flagship Springboard Fellowship for recent graduates next fall through $1.5 million in new investments. The third cohort will bring 40 new young professionals to campus, creating a total network of 77 Fellows deployed across the country to engage students with innovative Jewish programming.
The ‘gimmel’ class of the Springboard Fellowship will, as in previous years, include an Innovation Track, which will train fellows to spark ideas, connect with students in new ways, and infuse creativity into campus Hillel programming. This track is ideal for recent graduates who may not previously have considered pursuing a career in Jewish communal life.
New this year is the Ezra Jewish Education Track, which will train Springboard Fellows to introduce Jewish learning to campus life by incorporating their passions for Jewish wisdom, history, and culture into their work with students. This track is ideal for recent graduates with an interest in Jewish education and deep roots in the Jewish community and will incorporate young professionals who are currently part of Hillel International’s Ezra Fellowship.
