Encounter has named Rob France its new Chief Program Officer, beginning January, 2021. 

Rob joins Encounter at a juncture in which he will play a out-sized role overseeing the expansion of their programmatic footprint beyond their signature Intensive Leadership Seminars. 

Rob has worked the past 15 years in the field of educational leadership. Most recently, he was the Shalom Hartman Institute of North America’s Director of Campus Initiatives. There, he designed, led, and expanded the Institute’s suite of programs for Jewish campus professionals and student leaders.
