The Jewish Education Project is looking for emerging “Super Stars” from Greater New York, who are reimagining Jewish education for the 4th annual Young Pioneers Award. Nominations will be open until Thursday, January 22nd, 2015.
The Young Pioneers Award celebrates forward thinking and innovative educators, under the age of 36, who are creating 21st century Jewish education for children, teens and families. The recipients will demonstrate a personal and professional commitment to new ideas, and proven use of technology or other innovative approaches to inspire students and families. They will stand out by designing or implementing new educational initiatives, and by engaging and motivating colleagues as well as their leadership to embrace new ideas.
Nominees will come from institutions across educational settings and denominations throughout New York City, Westchester and Long Island. Recipients will be chosen by a Selection Committee of Lay Leaders and educators in the field, and advised by The Jewish Education Project staff.
