JAFI’s long awaited strategic plan was approved this morning in Jerusalem – almost word for word with the plan we previously published.

With a new mission statement,

“Inspire Jews throughout the world to Connect with their people, heritage and Land, and Empower them to build a thriving Jewish future and a strong Israel,”

JAFI is now poised to move to the next stage in the process that began this time last year with changes to the governance structure.

Even while sitting in the audience, the morning presentation featured a significant amount of information for us to digest. We’ll have our first in-depth look a bit later.
