RFP Available: Tikkun Olam Women’s Foundation

Tikkun Olam Women’s Foundation – the Jewish women’s foundation of the National Capital Region – is announcing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for its 2018-19 grant cycle.

For over a decade, TOWF has been making grants to tackle some of the greatest challenges facing women and girls in our community: economic security, access to healthcare and education, family and community violence, sex trafficking, and human rights violations. Our grant making program seeks to empower organizations to seek out the most strategic solutions to these issues, and to support social change efforts that shift the power structure at its roots.

We seek to be a partner both to our grantees and in the community, and work to find ways in which we can invest in and collaborate on programs and projects that fulfill our vision for a safer, stronger and more supportive society in which women and girls can flourish and prosper.

Our model of social change investment is directed at two populations in our region: Jewish women and girls, and low-income immigrant women and girls. Please read our RFP here to learn more about our guidelines and see if your organization is eligible.

We welcome your Letter of Inquiry and look forward to learning more about your organization and your programs to support women and girls in our community.

Deadline: The LOI is due December 15, 2017 at 3 pm (EST).
