Rabbi Yechiel Eckstein, z”l

Rabbi Yechiel Eckstein, 67, founder and president of the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews (IFCJ; the Fellowship) has passed away. The funeral will take place Thursday in Jerusalem.

Through the Fellowship, Eckstein raised over $1.3 billion, and until his death raised more than $140 million annually, mostly from Evangelicals, to assist Israel and elderly Jewish people living in the Former Soviet Union.
