Nominations Open: Ruskay Institute for Jewish Professional Leadership

Do you know superb professionals working in the New York nonprofit sector who are ready to step up and make an impact on the Jewish community? UJA-Federation of New York welcomes nominations for the 2019 cohort of The Ruskay Institute for Jewish Professional Leadership. Ruskay Fellows are rising stars who work in nonprofits serving the Jewish community in New York City, Long Island or Westchester. Eligible candidates must have between 4-9 years of full-time experience in Jewish organizations. Through intensive retreats, individual coaching, monthly seminars, personal leadership assessments and ongoing peer support, the Ruskay Institute sharpens vision and provides essential leadership tools.
