JEP (Jewish European Professionals) was recently launched to cater to Jewish singles, aged 27-39, at the behest of many young professionals throughout Europe. Time and again, these young professionals approached Zevi Ives – director of ECJS (European Center for Jewish Students) – with their request for an organization that would be geared to their needs. Many also expressed their frustration in finding a suitable life partner. They highlighted the difficultly in meeting eligible Jews seeking a serious relationship, especially in Europe where the Jewish population is so small and spread out.

JEP is an international, non-profit organization committed to providing this cohort with opportunities to enhance their personal and professional networks. It was designed to create a vibrant young Jewish community focused on making a positive contribution to the world. JEP creates quality and innovative programs in close-knit settings that include interactive group activities, self-development and business ethics workshops, and inspiring cultural experiences.

The luxurious inaugural event, set to take place in a top Malta resort on February 9-12, is offering a 4-day program filled with touring, interactive group activities, workshops, inspiring cultural experiences and relationship education and coaching. To keep the setting as intimate as possible, the event is maxing out capacity with 150 people.

Relationship professionals will provide guidance in general and private sessions. An expert from Relate, UK’s largest relationship organization, and Rabbi Dr. Yossi Ives, a relationship coach, will conduct innovative and dynamic relationship workshops. The event will also pioneer the use of relationship personality tests to help participants better understand themselves and others.

Lectures throughout the weekend will address topics such as fusing Jewish business ethics and advice for professional success in the current economic climate.
