New English, and Russian Resources for Passover 2018
A number of organizations have releassed new tool kits, Seder supplements, and more, for Pesach 2018:
JDC Entwine has released ReOrdered: a global Passover toolkit.
ReOrdered explores the themes of freedom and storytelling through four global communities – Morocco, Ethiopia, Sarajevo, and the former Soviet Union – including traditions, recipes & local drinks, and personal stories.
Including everything you need to host a global Passover experience, from a unique Matzah box centerpiece to a global Recipe Book, a collaboration with Entwine alum Ksenia Prints of At the Immigrants Table.

Pardes has relesed an all-new Pesach companion created by staff and alumni of the Pardes Center for Jewish Educators. This collection of experiential seder activities is designed to ensure that participants of all ages will find renewed delight, novel questions and joyful engagement at the Pesach seder.

The Global Day of Jewish Learning has released “The Exodus: An Extraordinary Passage.” This guide contains discussion questions and excerpts of texts about the journey out of Egypt taken from the writings and commentaries of Rabbi Adin Even-Israel Steinsaltz. It offers the opportunity to see new sights on your annual journey out of the Egypt and is available for free download.

“The story of the Exodus is of particular importance to Jews from the former Soviet Union. The seder offers us an opportunity to explore the parallels we find with the history of the physical and spiritual journeys of Russian Jews,” said Yigal Kotler, Director of Russian Speaking Outreach for the Global Day of Jewish Learning.
How do the paths you have taken in life help you understand the journey out of Egypt? What actions can we take to contribute to these journeys? The Exodus involves both the physical passage out of Egypt and the passing of the story through the generations.
