Both organizations and individuals struggle in today’s nonprofit space without a reasonable amount of knowledge available as to what compensation should look like. Organizations are unaware of what they must offer to gain talented employees and individuals are uninformed as to what others in the space are paid.

This survey aims to gain insight into the pay ranges for various regions of the country, job descriptions and titles, education levels, and years of experience.

For the purpose of this survey, a Jewish professional is any individual working for a Jewish nonprofit organization.
