Timed to coincide with Israel`s Memorial Day, a unique Memorial Ceremony for Jews killed outside Israel in terror and antisemitic attacks took place this morning at the Jewish Agency courtyard in Jerusalem.

The memorial flame was lit by Ana Aruj, the Jewish Agency’s treasurer for Latin America, who survived the Hizbollah terror attack on the Israeli Embassy in Buenos Aires, Argentina on March 17, 1992.
