UJA-Federation of New York has announced the 2nd cohort of Ruskay Fellows. Fellows are rising leaders in the New York Jewish nonprofit sector, with 4 – 9 years of work experience, who are ready to make an impact on the Jewish community. The leadership training program will help these professionals sharpen their vision and gain essential leadership tools and strategies through intensive retreats, interactive workshops, personal leadership assessments, individual coaching, and ongoing peer support.
