Kohelet Prize Accepting Entries until November 30, 2017

The Kohelet Prize is awarded annually, by the Kohelet Foundation, to six educators or teams of educators who demonstrate extraordinary accomplishment in one of the six core elements of progressive Jewish education listed below. Winners receive a $36,000 unrestricted cash prize. In February 2017, the first six prizes were awarded to a group of dedicated, exciting educators from across North America. Each entry to the Kohelet Prize, past and present, is part of the Kohelet Prize Database. The database is a platform for open sharing and access to progressive education taking place in classrooms in Jewish Day Schools across North America.
