About the role: eJewishPhilanthropy is looking for a go-getting reporter with a sharp news sense and skill to quickly turn around clean, precise copy, from shorter hard news stories to larger feature stories, on a variety of topics.
Responsibilities: This reporter role will be tasked with covering key developments and trends in the US philanthropic scene, particularly on the east coast. Reporter will produce standalone stories and contribute to eJewishPhilanthropy newsletters.
Qualifications: Prior journalism experience. A passion for Jewish communal life, preferably with previous experience or knowledge of Jewish institutions and foundations. An ability to multitask and manage multiple assignments independently, excellent social skills and strong initiative. Digital literacy and a willingness to learn new techniques and skills.
