The Jewish Women’s Foundation of New York (JWFNY) is accepting applications from start-up organizations that are based in the New York Metropolitan area or organizations with a national focus with a portion of programming focused in New York that have been in existence for 1 – 7 years and have operating budgets of $500,000 or less. We are interested in partnering with organizations that are inspired by Jewish values, encourage gender diversity in leadership, and promote women’s involvement in areas in which they are underrepresented.

Grants are offered for general operating, capacity building, and program support to organizations that are inspired by Jewish values, utilize a gender lens, aim to create social change, and promote leadership advancement of women and girls. Applicants are invited to apply for one year grants between $5,000 and $15,000.
