In Full Bloom: Taglit on The Salad Trail

The Salad Trail
A popular stop for many Taglit-Birthright Israel participants are the greenhouses on The Salad Trail in the northern Negev. Offering tourists and locals a priceless visit into the power of cultivation and determination, one mans’ dreams and an organizations’ thrill of exploration and preservation have created a perfect combination to bringing the desert to bloom.
