Good points. As someone with disabilities, I’d like to see USCJ provide a transparent channel of communication for congregants with disabilities who are both not experiencing inclusion in their congregation as well as those who are finding excellence over-and-above the norm.

I am not a fan of the hierarchy of inclusive practices.
I am a believer in inclusion being about choice – having a variety of opportunities available to meaningfully participate in Jewish life.
For some, a self-contained program or volunteering may be more meaningful than a fully inclusive program.
