    it’s great to hear that your school is continuing this innovative program. You mentioned that you’re unsure of iCap’s role in retaining students – have you surveyed this year’s participants to ask? Has there been a discussion about whether 15% will remain as the ceiling? Could it go lower, or higher?

    I’m excited to see iCap grow, and to see how the data you collect will benefit the day school field.
