eJP is On the Move

We’ve been to Moscow and Khabarovsk. Now Birobidzhan. We’re speaking with JAFI, the Joint and with Hillel. Along with many friends of friends. We’re attending the first-ever Limmud FSU in the Jewish Autonomous Region. And we’re checking out the Jewish social entrepreneurship scene here in the FSU.

As my friend and colleague, Haviv Rettig Gur, at the Jerusalem Post told me: “This is the Sharansky era, my friend. Jews who don’t visit Siberia aren’t real Jews!”
