Comings and Goings:
USCJ Names Interim CEO;
changes at WJC

USCJ has appointed Leslie Lichter Interim Chief Executive Officer. Ms. Lichter is currently the organizations’s Chief Operating Officer.

Ms. Lichter joined USCJ in 2016 as its first-ever Chief Innovation and Implementation Officer. She was later appointed Chief Operating Officer, a role that was expanded following the departure of Rabbi Steven Wernick, USCJ’s prior Chief Executive Officer.

Ms. Lichter will continue to oversee the day-to-day USCJ program and business operations, working closely with the rest of the executive team.

Robert Singer has announced his resignation as Chief Executive Officer & Executive Vice President of the World Jewish Congress (WJC). Singer will transition into the position of Special Advisor to the President.

WJC Deputy CEO for Diplomacy Maram Stern will serve as the organization’s Interim CEO.
