Rachel is the opinion editor at eJewishPhilanthropy. Previously a senior writer for the Washington Jewish Week and interim editor of the Baltimore Jewish Times, Rachel’s news and feature stories have also been published by the Jewish Telegraphic Agency, The Jerusalem Post, The Jewish Press, Huff Post, The Culture-ist, and others. She studied political science and environmental studies at Brandeis University, and earned her master’s degree from American University’s International Media program.
