Applications Now Open for Leading Edge Employee Experience Survey

An organization’s greatest asset is its people. Leaders, in the Jewish nonprofit sector, are charged with creating an environment that brings out the best in their teams. Leading Edge’s Employee Experience Survey provides leaders of Jewish organizations with insights about their employees’ experience at work, and offers data and tools to support an organization in becoming an even better place to work.

If your organization would like to participate in the 2020 survey, APPLY HERE by February 28, 2020.

In order to be eligible, organizations must have a minimum of 6 full-time employees, be located in North America, and be a recognized nonprofit according to the tax laws of their resident country. Please check the full criteria for participation before applying.

Over the past four years, 234 organizations have participated in the Leading Edge Employee Experience Survey. Participating organizations have ranged in staff size from 6 to over 1,000 and have included a robust sample of the Jewish nonprofit sector, including JCCs, youth organizations, federations, social justice organizations, foundations, camps, synagogues, and many others. HERE is the report that emerged from the analysis of the 2019 survey data.
