Every year over 150 young Jewish activists from the FSU travel to Israel to participate in an intensive 5-day seminar, with the goal of shaping them into Birthright Israel group leaders. Joining them for the first time is a group of madrichim from Germany.

The seminar was created 8 years ago through an the initiative of the Genesis Philanthropy Group.
