Responding to the new realities sweeping Jewish communities in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic, Limmud North America will bring its signature Jewish learning festival online, allowing individuals across the globe to connect and engage with transformative ideas and each other on March 29, 2020, 12PM-5PM ET/ 11AM-4PM CT/ 9AM-2PM PT.

Limmud eFestival will feature dozens of sessions on subjects as diverse as food, philosophy and finance taught by leading educators, thought-leaders and change-makers including Abby Stein (Author, Activist), Leon Morris (President, Pardes Institute of Jewish Studies), Sarah Tuttle-Singer (New Media Editor, Times of Israel), Yaffa Epstein (Director, Wexner Heritage Program), Sarah Mulhern (Shalom Hartman Institute) and Daniel Gordis (Senior Vice President, Shalom College). Attendees will be able to personalize their festival experience by selecting from over 50 sessions throughout the day, from the comfort and safety of their computers.

The virtual festival will connect Jewish communities across dozens of countries with participants from the United States and Canada, Israel, the United Kingdom and beyond. eFestival is made possible through the support of many Jewish communal and educational organizations, including Pardes Institute of Jewish Studies, Shalom Hartman Institute, Jewish Book Council, Institute of Jewish Spirituality and Clal as well as Limmud North America’s global partners Limmud and Limmud FSU.
