Applications are now open for the first cohort of a.l.l, Adaptive Leadership Lab. a.l.l is a new program of the Global Leadership Institute at the Jewish Agency for Israel. The first cohort will run from February-December 2017. a.l.l includes hands-on adaptive leadership training with 3 in-person international training seminars in Israel (March 30-April 5, 2017), Budapest, Hungary (June 26-July 1, 2017) and Montreal, Canada (October 15-19).

a.l.l is open to Jewish communal professionals from Israel, North America or Europe ages 28-38 who are invested in making an impact and inspiring change in their communities. Apply independently or nominate an employee from your organization. The total program fee is $1,500 per participant.

Applications and nominations will be accepted until January 15, 2017.
