This was so well done and just what we need. Thank you!

Lisa, Miriam and Emily – spot on advice in this moment of dramatic transition to virtual reality. Providing entry and the ability to transition into a meeting is especially important in replicating real-life meetings…looking forward to a follow-up piece on how this new world has allowed new possibilities….

Good morning! Thanks for your great work and help in adapting!
I’m the Youth and Family Education Director of a synagogue.
Last Sunday I led a “how to Zoom” meeting for a few of the teachers who work for me, and are now adapting to this “new normal.”
Although I had not read your eJP article yet, I followed much of the same guidelines.
I will now share this with them as a follow up to reinforce great practices– from how to position oneself and one’s background, to using the chat in great ways to the most critical– checking in and making personal connections, as we would do in the classrooms as kids wandered in!!
Thank you!

So helpful! Thanks so much for sharing these lessons. We have found the initial sharing before the begining of a meeting to be so meaningful — helping both to re-connect and to become aware of what each of us is dealing with. When so many of us are learning as we go in the zoom platform, it is great to learn from the experts!
Great piece– thanks so much!
This was wonderful, light, and well thought out information. Thank you.
This is fantastic. I just added a link to it in my Shulware email signature. Thanks so much!
So incredibly helpful as we navigate new terrain!
This was so well done and just what we need. Thank you!
