This mantra needs to be repeated time and again because of the resistance to the message. Fundraising in one form or other is everyone's job. Ostensibly we are in this together although at times that doesn't seem to be the case. It is hard enough to bring in adequate funds to support an organization's work. Why set up barriers? Well done.
