		<description>The thoughts you have expressed are not limited to those in their 20&#039;s 30&#039;s and 40&#039;s. More than ever they are being embracedd by the Jewish Baby Boomer generation. This cohort participated in the great social changes of the 60&#039;s &amp; 70&#039;s and they now want to continue fostering change and innovation as they enter the next stage of their lives.  They want to create new opportunities for community, tikkun olam, and Jewish self fulfillment through the new social media systems. But alas, they are being ignored by the organizations that could tap into the inherent energy Jewish Baby Boomer generation.  What a pity.</description>
