UJA-Federation has partnered with the Columbia Business School’s Social Enterprise Program to offer an Institute for Jewish Executive Leadership for CEOs and executive directors from UJA-Federation network agencies, synagogues, and other communal institutions in the New York Jewish community. The program will focus on further developing leadership and management skills for executives leaders. This unique learning experience will be taught primarily by faculty of the Columbia Business School, and it will combine the latest research on best practices with proven teaching quality.
