Nominations are now open for UJA-Federation of New York’s second cohort of Ruskay Fellows.

The Ruskay Institute for Jewish Professional Leadership cultivates and nurtures one’s ability to imagine and bring about a new Jewish future. Fellows are rising leaders in the New York Jewish nonprofit sector, with 4 – 9 years of work experience, who are ready to make an impact on the Jewish community. The unique leadership training program helps professionals sharpen their vision and gain essential leadership tools and strategies through intensive retreats, interactive workshops, personal leadership assessments, individual coaching, and ongoing peer support.
