Thanks for pulling all of these listening tools together in one blog post! This is very helpful. I would add this link to an NTEN blog post by Amy Sample Ward about creating a listening dashboard using NetVibes (Google Reader or other RSS Readers could be used as well):

A lot of the listening tools you mention here can be pulled together in one place (like NetVibes or Google Reader, which are also free) to review, in addition to having alerts emailed to you.
