Israeli NGO Placed in Receivership

The Haifa District Court yesterday placed Migdal Or, which provides rehabilitative care to 3,500 visually-challenged Israelis, into a court-appointed receivership after the organization accrued a debt of over NIS 80 million.

The organization will also close its care centers located throughout the country.
