		<description>As a planned giving consultant, I couldn&#039;t agree more with the overall view of this and the previous posting by EHL on this topic. 

I&#039;d like to add that while the &quot;older&quot; set may lean towards life income gifs, recent research has shown that people still only in their 40&#039;s (and even 30&#039;s)have started their estate planning, often making wills and forced to decide on who should be beneficiary of a retirement plan if they&#039;re not married. It&#039;s a great way to start building long time loyalty in  younger supporters.</description>
