GESHER Recruiting for Tolerance Leadership Course

Do you know an up-and-coming leader in Israel with potential to bridge the Jewish divide? Are you in a senior position and seek the potential to create lasting social change on the ground?

GESHER, an Israel-based NGO dedicated to bridging the gaps between secular and religious Jews in Israel is now recruiting talented candidates for its highly competitive Tolerance Leadership Course beginning in 2014.

The Leadership Course began in 2013 as a pilot initiative gathering ultra-Orthodox, secular, traditional and National Religious individuals who are leaders in their field. The course strengthens skills, knowledge and networks to advance tolerance and unity between leaders of influence across a wide variety of communities and professional specialties. The course includes meetings and workshops with experts, practical guidance, a personal project, and a trip to London in partnership with the Adam Science Foundation in order to learn from diaspora models of community and leadership.

Anyone interested in applying or recommending a strong applicant (he/she must be based in Israel) should send a CV in Hebrew with a cover letter to coriw@gesher.co.il.
