What you describe is a more &quot;customer&quot;centric philosophy. &quot;We can increase our market share with this demographic if we take the time to really understand their motivation and cultivate their interests.&quot; This approach applies to all generations and demographics. When you research your segments, understand what motivates them and what their challenges are, only then can you begin to meet THEIR needs and engage them. The gifts may take longer to arrive, but the investment is for the long-term.</description>
